Cave story is a quirky little gem made by ONE MAN who goes by the name Pixel. It plays a bit like Metroid except has better dialogue and is a bit more fun in my opinion. It's got a story with multiple endings and a bunch of interesting characters.Definitely give it a go, it's pretty addicting.

NOTE: You must download the Japanese version and download the English patch to have the text converted to English. Just follow the directions.

I'm still yet to beat this game. Playing it with a gamepad adds to the fun factor. I use my Xbox 360 Wireless PC Receiver to play with my Xbox 360 Wireless remote. But a wired Xbox 360 controller works too. Just need to download some drivers.

This game is fun, but sadly my computer shuts down randomly when I play it (probably just my computer).
